Sometimes, You Need Fresh Ideas
Working with older adults—especially those living with dementia or cognitive changes—takes creativity, patience, and specialized skills. Whether you’re an art therapist, activity director, or senior care professional, you know that a well-designed creative experience can spark joy, connection, and purpose.
Sometimes You Need A Thought Partner
one that truly understands both the clinical and creative sides of your work.
That’s Where I Can Come In…
Hi, I’m Erica!
I’m So Glad You’re Here
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Board-Certified Art Therapist with over a decade of experience supporting older adults, caregivers, and senior living communities. Before starting my private practice, I served as a Program Director in several assisted living communities, designing and leading creative engagement programs that worked in real-world settings.
I also currently work as an adjunct professor and supervisor for Master’s-level Art Therapy students at Lesley University, mentoring emerging professionals as they developed the skills to support individuals living with cognitive changes.
My passion?
Helping professionals like you feel confident, inspired, and equipped to offer meaningful, accessible creative experiences—whether through one-on-one sessions, group programs, or community events.
